Due to the nature of dropshipping, returns are unavailable unless the garment is faulty, so please double check your size before submitting your order
Change of mind purchases can not be refunded, exchanged or given store credit
Stock from the supplier may at times become out of stock so alternatives may be suggested via email or placed on back order
Faulty merch must be advised within 7 days of receiveing your order
No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receiving your order.
IItem/s must be in the original packaging and returned in new condition - free from all stains and fragrances, including makeup, fake tan, perfumes, and body odour.
To return product:
1. Email brushousegbay@gmail.com and request a return address. Please be sure to let us know in your email your order #, what you would like to return and what fault you have found in the product
2. Return to Brus House physical address during open hours, or via parcel post (postal address will be emailed upon request). Once received you will be notified of outcome
All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
